On the Utah County Estate, Techi walked the framing before a single sheet of drywall went up — mapping every drop, every rack location, and every network run while the structure was still open. Every cable is color-coordinated and hand-labeled at the source: security in white, speaker runs in white-jacket, CAT-6 separated into grey, green, and blue by VLAN, with framing-stage labels burned into the lumber for the next trade. That's how a finished Techi home runs flawlessly for years.
