Light that feels like
the time of day.
Techi designs and installs tunable architectural lighting for luxury homes in Park City. Lutron HomeWorks for control, Ketra for natural-light tuning, and DMF for the fixtures that live in the ceiling — all programmed so your home feels like the hour, not the fixture.
Designed with architects.
Tuned for humans.
Good lighting is the single biggest upgrade most homes are missing. We work alongside your architect and interior designer from blueprint to punch-list — specifying fixtures, laying out circuits, programming scenes, and tuning every single light to the time of day and the way you live.
From circadian white
to the last landscape fixture.
Lutron HomeWorks QSX
The gold standard in residential lighting control. Seamless wall-station design with Palladiom and Alisse keypads.
Ketra Natural Light
True tunable full-spectrum white — warm candle to cool daylight — so your home tracks the sun automatically, all day, every day.
Fixture Specification
DMF, Visual Comfort, Kora, and custom fixtures curated with your designer. We survey every beam angle and aperture.
Landscape Lighting
Path, architectural uplight, and pool deck lighting integrated into the same HomeWorks system as the interior.
Scene Programming
Custom morning, dining, entertaining, and cinema scenes — programmed with you on-site, not from a call center.
Service & Tuning
Annual tuning, bulb/firmware updates, and scene revisions included with every Techi lighting install.
Ketra. The sun,
on a dimmer.
Ketra is the only lighting system that reproduces natural daylight across the full spectrum — not just a slider from warm to cool. It reads the sky and tracks it, so your home at 8am feels like morning and at 8pm feels like candlelight. Techi is an authorized Ketra dealer and certified programmer.
